New Device is Helping the Blind Perceive there Surroundings Again

A new device could help blind people perceive and comprehend there surroundings. However this device does not restore full sight. Instead it helps them understand where objects are and tell light from dark. This device was given to Jason Esterhuizen who lost his sight in 2012 in a car crash at UCLA.
