Researches at MIT and BU (Boston University) have used a fluorescent probe to help us observe active brain neurons. These probes can look at multiple brain neurons simultaneity. Bellow is an image captured by this fluorescent probe. Here the neurons are shown. The green are electric impulses hat are created by the neurons. This method is conducted by genetically conducting the neurons with the probe. As the electric impulses of theses neurons increase they glow brighter.
